The app said I could order on April 15th and have it delivered the same day. Unfortunately, the store was closed that day and the order was not delivered until the next day. I called the store on the 16th after not hearing anything about the delay in delivery. They were very nice on the phone. My daughter received the arrangement late on the 16th and sent me a photo. The arrangement was nice, but not identical to the photo shown on the website.

An interesting experience with a Mother's Day delivery that didn't happen, but chalk it up to these difficult times. I'm very happy that Terry-Lynn did exactly what she said she would and personally delivered the flowers to my mother's residence (albeit a couple of days late), and called me to tell me it was done. It's a bit of a crap shoot and a whole lot of trust when picking a florist from many online, at least when you're a distance away. Yorke had a good reputation - according to feedback I had seen - and so I've chosen them twice. They deliver exactly what I want, when I want. This last time I even had to switch the delivery address with little notice due to my Mum being hospitalized, and they were very understanding and obliging. I highly recommend Yorke in Halifax and will use them again.

The floral arrangements that my brother and I ordered for our brothers funeral were stunning! The visuals were so artistic, the flowers and mix of flowers were fabulous. Although we experienced a small problem as our order for flowers didn't print, and hence wasn't delivered on time, after we pointed out the error to them they not only had the arrangement made up and delivered within an hour, but it was the owner herself who delivered them, took responsibility for the mix-up, and then called us personally to confirm that it was done.
